So I'm 30 now. I've tried sharing art to tumblr and insta for ages and after having my soul broken and crushed by trying to be an Artist Online, i'm crawling back to DA in hopes that maybe I won't want to quit art altogether. idk.
I hate it here (the internet), it's totally busted my relationship with my art but i rly don't want to lose that part of myself.

I deleted my artblog on tumblr a while ago, and it was such a relief!!!
It's weird to see so much sketchbook stuff on this page now tho - but I haven't drawn digitally in soooo long and I'm definitely out of practice. Still trying to tell myself that sketchbook stuff, and incomplete pieces are just as valid as polished artwork. (well not all of my stuff in the past was polished, even if it was digital but.....)
but well, anyway..

idk how many people still follow this account, since it's been 4 years since my last upload
but tumblr is making me depressed as hell and it feels pointless to put my art there anymore...and at least on DA i always felt like I could put everything here without giving a shit.
I think I'm going to start uploading some of my backlog that never made it here, and maybe stick around for a while.
